- Founded OffreAuto, a bilingual vehicle acquisition platform built to reduce dependence on inconsistent auction sourcing for an independent dealership operation.
- Built and launched the full business model across consumer acquisition, instant valuation logic, lead routing, appointment workflows, and internal operating systems.
- Generated 90+ vehicle submissions representing $1.1M+ in automated cash offers, supported by a reliable instant valuation system that enabled a confident and fast buying process, resulting in 16 purchased and ultimately sold vehicles representing $200K+ in sales with no unexpected surprises due to SOPs put in place to mitigate car-buying risk.
- Built and optimized bilingual customer acquisition funnels across Microsoft Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and local marketing channels, achieving CPLs as low as $7 versus roughly $40/lead benchmarks in Canadian automotive SEM while maintaining a strong focus on conversion efficiency, profitability, engagement performance, and lead quality.
- Built a proprietary local analytics system to capture behavioral data beyond what Google Analytics could reliably surface, enabling micro-adjustments to content, detection of edge-case bugs affecting small user segments, and data-driven design optimizations that improved conversion rates.
- Built a proprietary ERP and operating system to centralize the entire backend across website architecture, pricing logic, analytics, back-office workflows, and dynamic customer follow-up automations that dispatched communications based on lead status, applying lessons from prior ecommerce ventures to execute faster and at a higher level from day one.
